How does it help?
A strategy session allows to achieve in 2 days what often takes dozens of meetings and weeks of discussions, namely:
• Identify strengths and key business success factors
• Form a mutual vision of the future and goals of the company

• Align and coordinate the actions of the team
• Build commitment and intention to act
What topics are there?
Topic 1. Top team alignment - when you need to align, synchronize, and clarify the focus.
Session content:
• Communicate honestly, and resolve individual and cross-functional conflicts.
• Synchronize personal, functional, and shared goals.
• Distribute roles and responsibilities.

Topic 2. Company DNA - when you need to figure out "Who are we and where we are going?"
It is challenging to fit all aspects into one session. Therefore, it usually consists of two sessions:
2.1. Vision and strategic aspirations of the company:

• Defining the company identity: Who are we, and what business are we in?

How is the process structured?
The strategy session requires 3-4 weeks of work with the leader and the team.
